The primary purpose of this position includes but is not limited to:
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Neurosurgical faculty and clinic operations. Coordination of faculty calendars for meetings and peer-to-peer consultations with patient insurance companies. Clinical support duties may include but are not limited to requesting patient images, entry of patient-related data into Epic (Electronic medical record), and coordinating messages for clinical teammates. May also include other duties as assigned.

High School degree or equivalent, as well as a combination of relevant training and experience.
Department Required Skills
Candidates should have good written and oral communication skills. Must have experience and facility with basic administrative technology such as the Microsoft Office suite and Google forms. Previous experience with Epic (Electronic medical record) as well as experience with event planning and budgeting is preferred but not required.
